Grande Scale Spec Home
This spectacular, newly built-custom abode is the epitome of luxury! For this residence, IDC partnered with a South Tampa-based luxury new home builder. Working closely with the builder principals, we first determined the architectural theme and then made interior design decisions to suit the property. We were proud a family snatched this beautiful space right off the market!
