IDC’s Take on a 100-Year-Old-Home
In this fantastic residence, we brought a circa 1900 home into the 21st century. Largely focusing on the kitchen and family areas, space planning and function was consistently top of mind. Our design team helped essentially ‘gut’ the property and moved walls and the like to make space for the present homeowner’s vision.
Without a trace of compromise to the heart and soul of this Tampa, FL home. The kitchen finishes, appointments, color, and material selections were specifically chosen to enhance the age and design of the home.
They current Owner’s truly appreciate the charm of the home, while adding to the history of the house today.
