The timeline varies depending on the scope of the project, but we strive to complete projects in a timely manner without compromising quality.
We develop our timeline around working with your builder or remodeler, which involves the constructions schedule as well. Making decisions is key to how long a project can take. IDC provides the exclusive designs to enhance that process and through our partnerships with our key build partners and vendors so client can be assured they can meet timelines.

Bring all the theme and mood pictures that you have collected. We use these to help uncover your style and design direction. Pictures of things you don’t like are just as helpful for us, since it creates a full picture of your ideas and concepts.
We have several methods to work on the designs and discuss the project with clients virtually. When you do come into down , we will have several in person meetings, site meetings and whatever other appointment , so we can make the best use of your in-town visit.
We’ve worked on properties in Washington D.C., Virginia, South and North Carolina, and Tampa, Florida. IDC has the distinct reputation for creating an exceptional experience for clients through individually curated space plan designs, interior designer working as the design/construction liaison, and completing the design with interior furnishing and décor.
We use custom furniture vendors so select the exact sofa, dining chair or table that works with in your project. This means that the style of the piece, upholstry, wood or metal finish is selected just for you, using the highest quality of vendors. We can be asured of the level of materials used, mannor of construction and reptupble companies. IDC and their partners will guide you in the design and selection process. Unlike on-line ordering – there is no level of or measure for the quality of construction, materials, or support. IDC does not use an on-line furniture vendor for this reason.
